2. What is the LANEXO® Inventory Manager?

The LANEXO® Lab Inventory, Safety and Compliance Management System is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution specifically designed for regulated QC laboratories: Pharma, Biopharma (incl. large, small/mid-sized and biotech), Industrial Testing and CROs/CDMOs.
 

The Inventory Manager consists of:
  • An Android app that lets you register consumables simply by scanning them with a smartphone and that give you access to all the system’s capabilities.
  • A full range of radiofrequency identification (RFID) labels you can apply to consumables from any vendor, as well as your own in-house preparations: Smart Seals (a) that detect when bottles are opened and automatically calculates their expiry dates based on opening date. Identifier labels (b) for reagents, buffers and other consumables you prepare in-house—even samples. Position labels (c) for tracking storage locations: cabinets, shelves, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
  • A Web app that lets you browse consumables, set Rules for safety and restocking, set user permissions and search/report audit trails.
  • User access cards (d) so that every user can log in to the app using a unique digital signature, for full 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

3. What subscription options do you offer for the LANEXO® Inventory Manager?

For annual LANEXO® Inventory Manager subscriptions, we offer package tiers from which you can choose based on your specific needs—that is, the number of users in your lab and thus the number of RFID labels you’ll need. Trials are available, letting you explore all LANEXO® Inventory Manager features and determine the exact yearly subscription that’s right for your lab. Also included are:

  • Approximately 6 hours of user training, depending on need.
  • Quarterly and annual business review meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
